A simple recipe for cooking pizza on yeast dough! Ingredients for the dough will always be any housewife. Use any stuffing.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 г

Dissolve in warm water, the yeast, sift the flour with the salt in a separate bowl, make a well and gently pour in the yeast and start to knead the dough.

When all flour is involved, add a tablespoon of oil, sunflower I only had the lubrication form, so added olive. Knead smooth, elastic dough and put in 40-60 minutes in a warm place until it increases in 1,5-2 times.

While the dough is rising, you can chop the stuffing.

When the dough rises, make propylite the surface where you will roll out the base flour (due to the fact that I have a mini oven, I had to divide dough for 2 small pizzas).

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, put the future of the pizza and bake for 15-20 minutes.
