Pumpkin-Apple tart
Delicious and incredibly tender.

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Powdered sugar

In a Cup sift the flour, add the powdered sugar, egg yolk (the protein we are using) and butter at room temperature

Knead the dough, roll into a ball, wrap in cling film and put into the fridge for 30 min.

Boil the pumpkin in a convenient way.

After the pumpkin is cooked, blend it. Add purified on a small grater apples, 2 eggs and our protein, sugar and starch. All mix well.

Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment. Gently transfer the batter into the pan (I have a form 26 cm in diameter) and form ledges. The dough prick with a fork and put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 5 minutes.

Form-based remove from oven, reduce temperature to 170 degrees. Put the stuffing and put into the oven for 60 minutes. (Be guided by your oven!)

The finished tart is completely cool and remove from the mold. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
