Oat pancakes with pumpkin and mozzarella
Very tender pancakes, reminiscent of fine syrnichki. When frying the cheese melts and forms a delicious crust. Pumpkin is not felt, but gives its color. Porridge only need a portion. Instead of porridge, you can soak the cereal in warm milk.

Ingredients
