Crisp, moderately spicy, very tender rolls for a meatless diet. Delicious both cold and hot.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat flour

Mix two kinds of flour, add salt and all the spices

In the bowl of a blender put the tomatoes, garlic, pepper, piece of ginger and water, grind until smooth

To the bulk mixture, slowly add tomato liquid, stirring well. The amount of liquid depends on the quality of flour, you should get a crumbly dough that holds its shape well.
