Usually we are the pancakes made without wheat, but as there is competition, I decided to try adding millet flakes. Pretty interesting taste, the quality of the pancakes it affected only in a positive way.

Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar and salt
Add starter culture (can be yogurt, kefir)
Take millet flakes, measure out 100 g
Fill with boiling water (1 tbsp.). Let the flakes stand for 5 minutes and swell. Beat with a blender.
Millet porridge spread in the egg mixture, thoroughly stirred.
Add flour mixed with soda and cocoa.
Mix everything carefully. Get a thick pancake mass.
And this blend we brew with boiling water
Add to the oil. It is kneaded. Everything can be fried pancakes. Fry over moderate heat, occasionally greasing the pan with butter or slice of bacon.
Now prepare the filling: cottage cheese add honey and mix well. Damn stuff, roll tube, cut into 2 halves and pour honey.
