Traditionally for Breakfast on weekends I make pancakes, cheese cakes or pancakes. How many I have baked!!! Recently appeared on the market, we have a new product - buttermilk. This is a new product for my son. And since the packaging was worth a penny, he bought and brought with the words "go For it!" So I tried to bake oladushki. Served them with honey. We are very pleased. The son said to the beast (buttermilk) is now often settled in the fridge. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Flour

Mix the sugar, wheat and whole wheat flour, baking powder and egg.

Add buttermilk. Mix well. The latest add 0,5 tbsp of vegetable oil and again mix well.

In a pan heat 1.5 tablespoons of vegetable oil. With a spoon put the dough for pancakes. Fry on both sides in medium heat until Golden brown.
