Preparing the beef patties: actually beef, salt, spices, a few slices of bread, soaked in milk, add one raw egg. Stir. Chop the onion, fennel and two fried eggs.
Egg mix with herbs, add salt and a little mayonnaise. Stir.
Formed patties, not forgetting to add the filling inside.
Fry on both sides, then add a little water, make lower the fire and close the lid. Tormented for another 7-10 minutes.
