Description
The pumpkin is very useful seasonal vegetable. As it has many vitamins, which fight fatigue and protect us from autumn colds. Only one of the bright orange color of pumpkins is uplifting on a rainy day. Since kids don't really like pumpkin in its purest form, I decided to "hide" it in cakes and bake because baked dishes has always been considered much more useful fried.

Pumpkin pulp grind in a blender
Mince, pumpkin, flour, chopped onions mix, add salt and pepper to taste
From the resulting meat formed patties and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 C.
Ready cutlets and sprinkle with chopped greens, served hot. Bon appetit!
