Cooking
1. Prepare the dough for pancakes. Mix the bran with hot milk, cover, allow time to infuse, about 5 minutes.
2. Whisk the egg with sugar and salt, add to the oat mixture. Then gradually add the sifted flour and stir with a whisk. Flour may take more or less. If the batter came out too thick — dilute with milk if liquid — add a bit more flour.
3. At the end of kneading, add hydrated soda and butter. Remove the bowl with the dough aside and let it infuse.
4. Prepare the stuffing. Finely chop the peeled onions. Mushrooms cut into slices, pepper strips. Onions and mushrooms fry in vegetable oil until tender. Then add peppers, salt and black pepper, simmer until cooked.
5. Mix the stuffing with finely chopped green onions.
6. On a heated vegetable oil bake pancakes of small size with one hand. Spread the filling.
7. Then close the filling with dough and fry the pancakes on the other side.
8. Spread the pancakes on a plate and serve with ketchup. Bon appetit!
