Dilute the yeast in 125 ml warm water + 1 tsp sugar = leave for 20 minutes

Proceed to the preparation of the filling: Mince I got from cutlets a small piece left (pork+bacon+onion+with eh+pepper), half a red onion cut into half rings. Melt 1 tbsp butter in a frying pan, add onion half-rings (fried until Golden) + to the onions add the mince and fry while stirring, about 5-10 minutes
Prepare olives, pitted and tomato
Slice olives + tomato thin slices
Prepare the sauce for brushing over the dough for the pizza: mayonnaise (you can substitute sour cream) + ketchup = mix
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater
Podpylennuyu on a flour surface, put the dough and roll out to 3-5 mm (I rolled out on parchment to make it easier to transfer the dough on a baking sheet)
You can leave any shape or form for baking to make the round pizza shape

After 6 minutes of baking
Now grease the surface of a circle with a sauce of mayonnaise and ketchup (the sauce is yellow base with silicone brush)
Put the prepared minced meat + tomato slices + olives
Sprinkle all of the cheese and bake it in the oven at 170 - 180 degrees for 9 - 10 minutes. The first pizza is ready!!!
