Today is the last day of Shrovetide - Shrove Sunday! Under the curtain of this Shrovetide week I decided to cook sweet pancakes and went a little further - baked pancakes with sweet cottage cheese and cream filling, with notes of blueberry jelly in the form of cake. Of course I did not discover America, but this blueberry pie is everywhere! Come, my dear, help yourself! And forgive me if I offended you what, willingly or unwillingly.

Mix thoroughly and add chunks of cheese, can cheese for children - I have homemade cream cheese from yogurt blueberry
Grind into a homogeneous cream - I did it with a spoon and I was left with small grains of curd
The dough came, - bake pancakes on a heated pan, lightly oiled (lubricated only before the first pancake!), on almost maximum heat. Ready pancakes put a pile on a plate.
I immediately, in parallel with the baking pancakes, collecting cake. Took little tins of bread ( I had the pancakes small), it does not smeared. First vystelim sides shaped pancakes overlapping, so that the edges hung on put one whole pancake.
On the bottom put a couple of tablespoons of cottage cheese and toppings on request, add blueberry jello, or rather the jam ( I have home).

Turn into a tube and put into shape - I have included two rolls, between the layers of curd add a little cream to bind. So spread almost to the top of the form

Top close a pancake and close the hanging edges, grease with butter and put in pre heated oven at max ( I have 275С) for 15-20 minutes
Then hot pie carefully turned over on a baking sheet, released from the form and put in the oven for another 5-10 minutes to that the top is lightly fried. The oven off.
In the remaining curd cream ( about 3 tbsp add 1-2 tbsp. of blueberry jam, stir and pour this hot cream pie. Put in is off but still hot oven to the cream a little seized. The cream will drip down the pan, you can gently collect and cover the edge of pie.
Cake cool down and decorate as you wish, - I decorated with chocolate shavings. Serve it warm and cold!
