Chops with stuffing
Juicy and flavorful patties stuffed with chicken, cheese and carrot filling!

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    300 г

  • Semolina

    4 ст. л.

  • Water

    12 ст. л.

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

    2 щепот.

  • Greens

    2 ст. л.

  • Garlic

    2 зуб.

  • Onion

    1/4 шт

  • Dutch cheese

    50 г

  • Carrots

    1 шт

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

    1 щепот.

Cooking

In forcemeat add finely chopped onion, garlic and herbs, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Then add semolina and water, carefully mix all together, cover with a towel and leave at room temperature for 30-40 minutes.

For the filling, carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion cut into half rings and fry all together until Golden brown. Cut the cheese into thin slices with a size of 1x2 cm

Heat the pan with oil, spoon some of the mince, flatten it, lay a slice of cheese, then toppings of onion and carrot, cover with another slice of cheese, finish with another spoonful of the stuffing.

Fry on medium heat until Golden brown on both sides. Serve immediately with your favourite side dish. Bon appetit!
