Juicy plum filling on a crunchy shortcrust pastry and bouquet of autumn flavors... Delicious pastries to warm tea.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    275 г

  • Powdered sugar

  • Yolk egg

  • Cinnamon

    2 ч. л.

  • Ginger

    1 ч. л.

  • Corn starch

    3 ст. л.

  • Sugar

    100 г

  • Drain

Mix the flour with the icing sugar and add cold butter. I use oil of TM Itself. Grind into crumbs. Then add the yolks and a couple tablespoons of cold water until the dough gathered into a ball.

The finished dough put into the fridge for 30 minutes.

For the filling, measure out 50 grams. butter at room temperature. Mix with butter, cinnamon, ground ginger, sugar and starch.

Roll out the dough according to the diameter of the mold taking into account the formation of boards. Spread the filling, top with sliced plums. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
