Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

To prepare the custard, I used sugar TM Mistral.

In mug, mix 100g brown sugar, 1 egg, 1tbsp. l. flour, 0.5 St. l. starch, 50ml of milk. Beat with a whisk until smooth.

In a saucepan pour in 200ml of milk, add 50g of margarine. Dissolve. In the boiling milk with the margarine in a thin stream pour the sugar mass. Cook for 3 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. Cream cooling.

Margarine to grate on cucumbers, add a pinch of salt and flour. Grind the dough into crumbs. Add water, quickly knead the dough and put into the refrigerator for half an hour.

Remove dough from refrigerator, divide into 3 parts.

Put the dough into the molds, put the parchment and pour the peas to the dough is not swollen. Bake tarts in preheated oven at 180C 15-20 minutes. Cool. Put tarts in custard and sliced strawberries.
