Plum pies, like an Apple, not much happens. Bake it the second day. So delicious, seasonal plums! And if you have a scoop of ice cream, double delight guaranteed.

Ingredients

Flour mixed with baking powder, 15 gr. sugar, cinnamon. If you don't like cinnamon, you can do without it.

Add 50 gr. cold butter 82,5% of the Ekomilk and grind everything into crumbs. Pour the milk, add the egg substitute batter.

Cover the form with baking paper and spread with wet hands, the dough, forming the sides.

Plum cut, to fill out the form halves overlap.

Plum sprinkle 15 grams. sugar. 10 gr. of butter in small pieces to spread on top. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35 minutes.
