Biscuits with cottage cheese and peaches
Homemade cakes with tea or any other favorite beverages. Delicious, fast and easy!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    50 г

  • Flour

    100 г

  • Corn flour

    50 г

  • Sugar

    2 ст. л.

  • Yolk egg

  • Leavening agent

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Syrup fruit

    2 ст. л.

  • Salt

    1 щепот.

  • Cheese

  • Peach

    130 г

  • Egg white

    1 шт

  • Sugar

    1 ст. л.

Prepare the products.

In a Cup sift both types of flour. add salt, sugar, baking powder and butter. I use butter TM "Ekomilk".

With a fork, grind the ingredients until crumbs.

Add egg yolk and cold syrup from canned peaches ( you can add cold water).

Gather the dough into a ball. Put in a plastic bag and put them in the freezer for 10-12 minutes.

Lightly whisk egg white with sugar.

In a Cup put the curd and beaten egg white.

Mix well.

Cut canned peaches.

Take out the dough from the freezer and divide into 4 equal parts. Turn on the oven.

Roll out each piece of dough in the form of cakes.

Adjust the shape of the pellets.

Spread tortillas on a baking sheet, the laid parchment. On the cake spread cheese filling evenly distributed, before reaching the edge 1 cm.

On top of the cheese spread sliced peaches.

The edges of the dough placed on the filling, making a small "folds". Put the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
