Original lazy cabbage rolls
These stuffed cabbage two cabbage: fresh and pickled, and sauerkraut without carrots, with only one seed. This cabbage is usually used in cooking the daily soup in an old Russian recipe. Unusual and shading: it is not only tomatoes in chili sauce, which in itself is not quite traditional, but grated Apple. Original – and very tasty!

  • Sour cream

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1/2 ст. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    1 ст. л.

Cooking

Fresh cabbage cut into small dice. Sauerkraut gently squeeze and chop.

Clean the onion, chop it finely.

Peel the ginger, grate.

Finely chop the cilantro.

Mix the minced meat, cabbage, onion, ginger, cilantro, salt, pepper, knead thoroughly – I usually do it by hand. Dazzle cabbage rolls.

The tomatoes together with the sauce in which they were to smash blender. Apple peel, grate on a fine grater. Mix tomatoes, sour cream, Apple, taste, and correct in the desired direction.

Grease the pan with vegetable oil, put the cabbage rolls, cover with sauce and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.
