Description
Pizza recipe with apples and salami – tasty, quick and original! The dough is tender, soft with a good crust. The filling is sweet and sour, cheese and cream.

Cooking
In a Cup for the dough pour the yeast, salt, sugar, flour and thoroughly mix all the dry ingredients.
Then in dry mixture make a well and slowly, in two steps, pour the milk and butter. Knead the dough. The dough is soft plastic air.
Put the dough in a warm place, covered with a towel. After 30 minutes the dough will increase in volume, it should to press down.
While the dough is resting, prepare the filling for an Apple pizza. Onions and garlic cut into small cubes, fry on the pan. The tomatoes remove the skins (after rinsing them with boiling water and cold water), finely chop and add to onion and garlic. Simmer over low heat until the consistency of thick sauce. Apples cleaned, remove the core and cut into thin slices sprinkle with lemon juice.
Proceed to forming the pizza: roll out the dough thin, round tortilla.
The dough spread in the form or on a baking tray, previously greased with vegetable oil. We cover the rolled tortilla with the sauce.
Then spread sauce on top of the apples.
On top of the apples, put the slices of salami, Basil leaves, mint.
Put in a preheated 190*C oven for 15 minutes. Then after 15 minutes take out and sprinkle with cheese.
Place into the oven and bake until cooked for another 15 minutes.
Serve pizza hot, pre-cut into portions.
