Cooking
I used a medium sized head of cauliflower. Divide into florets, put in a blender and grind them until the size of rice.
Put in a baking pan, pour a little water and send in a preheated 180°C oven for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally cabbage. Take out cooled. This process can be done in the microwave, the time is reduced to 10 minutes.
In a bowl whisk the eggs, add salt-pepper to taste, add chopped garlic, dried oregano, and whisk thoroughly. In the end add mozzarella, a little more than half, the rest of the reserve and add at the very end of baking.
Prepare the form, which will bake a pizza. You can use pizza who have. In my version I used two - one split, the other glass. In split form, put on the bottom of baking paper, greased with olive oil and put half of the filling, and leveled. Glass in the form greased with olive oil and sprinkled baking biscuits, put the rest of the filling. So I got two pizzas.
Sent in a preheated 190°C oven and bake for 25 minutes, watching the oven. After a time spread on pizza remaining mozzarella cheese and bake another 5 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool slightly and serve.
