Gravy with mushrooms
Good old gravy in our time has become a rarity, because it is faster and easier to cook just the sauce, but do not take a little more time for this gravy)

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    200 г

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Water

    400 мл

  • A bouillon cube

    1/2 шт

  • Flour

    1,5 ст. л.

  • Sour cream

    1,5 ст. л.

  • Spices

    1 ч. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Dill

    3 г

Pour 200 ml water in a small saucepan, bring to a boil and dissolve there half a bouillon cube

Cut onion into little cubes and fry in preheated pan with oil until Golden brown

Mushrooms cut arbitrarily (I personally love large pieces), add to the onions, sprinkle with salt and simmer on slow fire until all moisture is evaporated and mushrooms are browned a little

Pour the broth to mushrooms and onions and flavoured with Basil, give extinguished

The remaining 200 ml of water pour into a bowl, add flour, sour cream and salt, whisk

Pour the filling into the pan and allow to cook for 5 minutes
