Cooking
The main ingredient of this dish - wild rice. It should fill with water in the ratio 1:3 and cook until tender (55-60 minutes).
I prepare the dough in the bread maker. But you can manually mix all the ingredients and allowed to rise twice in a warm place. Yeast and sugar dissolve in warm water. After a few minutes add the remaining ingredients: flour, salt, oil. On the program "Dough" for 1.5 hours.
Mushrooms chop and boil for 5 minutes. Apple (or other sausage) cut into thin. Grate the cheese.
Received divide the dough into two parts (get 2 pizza). Roll out thinly, place on a baking sheet.
For sauce, mix tomato paste, crushed garlic cloves, dried Basil and a little olive oil. Lubricate sauce the dough.
Arrange the mushrooms, onions and sausage.
Then we did two versions: 1. first cheese, then rice and 2. first the rice, then cheese. And so, so tasty)
