Very tasty cake. The recipe of the filling I took from the magazine "Cooking workshop". This is the first pancake cake, which I really liked. Lemon syrup soaking pancakes and gives the cake a pleasant taste. To me this taste like a cake "Favorite", which I loved as a child.

Cooking
Add the sugar in the warm milk, yeast and stir. Keep warm for 10 minutes.
Whisk the egg, add the oil.
Sprinkle in flour and stir until narodnosti. Keep warm for 20 minutes.
While suitable dough, make the filling. Grate the zest and squeeze the juice from half of a lemon. The other half cut into slices. (for decoration)
Zakipyatit water and stir in the sugar. When the sugar has dissolved, put slices. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Remove cloves and cool.
Bake pancakes. I have turned 15. The cake went 12.
Curd mix with the syrup. Spreading on pancakes, make a cake. Let it infuse. I have it stood a night in the fridge.
