Very tender biscuits with a crispy thin crust and soft airy inside. The traditional taste of oatmeal cookies complements the almonds and a light, subtle flavor of coconut milk. This cookie is perfect for a family home of tea not only in the post, and give a good mood and charge you with energy, due to its composition. Just a half hour makes 20 delicious and healthy cookies.

Prunes and dried apricots finely chopped (I have all the soft and, if necessary, pre-soak ).
Almond grind in a blender into flour.
In a bowl pour the flour mixed with baking powder, cinnamon, chopped almonds, oat flakes does not require boiling, TM"Mistral"
Add the brown sugar TM"Mistral".
Mix everything until smooth.
Add the chopped apricots and prunes and mix well again.
Coconut milk and oil lightly beat with a fork and pour into received dry mixture.
Turn the oven on 180 degrees. Baking tray lay baking paper and grease it with vegetable oil.
On to form the cookies you can use a tablespoon dipped in water. And I, more recently, liked a method of forming with a spoon for ice cream. Cookie stays round and doesn't lose shape. Take a spoonful of batter, periodically soaking it in water and spread on a baking sheet, leaving between cookies distance.
Optionally, you can decorate with almonds. Bake for 20 minutes. And then removed, cover with a towel and let slightly cool. Then I fold for storage in a plastic container so it doesn't dry.
