All the ingredients of the dough mix into a homogeneous mass with the oil of TM "Oleyna".
Bake pancakes on a Teflon pan without oil, as the batter already added oil TM "generous gift".
Prepare cherry Kurd. Seedless cherries to defrost.
Cherry grind in a blender, add sugar, lemon juice, egg, stir, put in a water bath and cook, stirring until thick about 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, add butter and stir, until it disperses. Cool, covering the surface with cling film.
Serve pancake with cherry Kurd.
