Yoghurt cake with rhubarb
Finally started the season rhubarb. Yay! I love pies with rhubarb, I think that everyone who tried them will agree that it is very, very tasty! To his "collection" of cakes with the rhubarb adding this recipe. Bombastically pie, I recommend it to anyone who likes tart.

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Sugar

  • Brown sugar

  • Yogurt

  • Ginger

  • Corn starch

To the sifted flour add a pinch of salt, sugar, butter, cut into pieces. With your fingers to make crumbs.

Then add the egg and knead the dough. Wrap it in cellophane and put in the fridge.

Rhubarb cleaned and cut into pieces with a size of 2 cm.

Chopped rhubarb folded into a bowl, add the brown (can be regular), sugar and grated on a fine grater ginger. Mix well. Having in mind that rhubarb sour, the sweet tooth can add one more spoon of sugar.

In another bowl, mix the yogurt, honey, eggs, starch (or same amount of vanilla pudding).

Form for baking grease with butter. Remove dough from the fridge and distribute it in the form, making bumpers. With a fork to make the punctures in the dough.

On the dough evenly spread the rhubarb with ginger and sugar.

Pour on top of yoghurt and egg filling.

Cake bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. In the middle of baking I recommend to cover the pie with a piece of foil to avoid burning the edges, like me.

Cake to cool, before serving decorate it with icing sugar.
