The first autumn flowers and the last of the green onions in the country. Autumn... To set the mood, offer to cook for Sunday Breakfast delicious simple cake. Would happily recommend the recipe!

Cooking
The oat flakes grind in a coffee grinder into flour. Mix and sift buckwheat and wheat flour and soda.
Pour the dry ingredients into the large bowl, add the yogurt and butter, knead soft non-sticky dough.
App to send the dough in the fridge.
For the filling, slice the green onions and then it with a piece of butter about 5 minutes.
To the cooled onions add cream cheese, sour cream and loose eggs (a bit on the piss for lubrication of the pie).
Roll the dough to a diameter of 30 cm, trying to make the edges thinner. Then the cake can be formed directly on the parchment (Galeta involves a free form). I made a cake in a silicone form with a diameter of 24 see
Move the dough into the pan and put the stuffing. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
The edges of the dough fold over the filling, forming "folds" (photo molding of another of my recipe today, somehow missed). Lubricate the side pending an egg, sprinkle if desired with sesame seeds.
Bake the biscuits at 150 degrees for 40-45 minutes until tender. Pie slightly cool, lay on a serving dish and garnish with green onions.
