Description

Sauce julienne of white mushrooms
A thick sauce of sour cream with cheese and slices of mushroom. Can be served with any side dish or on a piece of bread or fried. Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Soy sauce

To defrost mushrooms. Rinse in a colander. Preheat the pan, dry the mushrooms and add a little vegetable oil. Lightly fry the mushrooms.

Add sour cream and stew for a few minutes, stirring constantly and evaporating the excess liquid.

Add to the pan Chechil cheese. Stir to completely melt the cheese.

Add the sweet soy sauce. I have used sweet soy sauce Kikkoman.

Pour in the brandy and add the chopped Basil.

Stirring, boil down the sauce to desired thickness.
