Cooking
Crush cookies until smooth crumbs with hands or blender.
Cut into pieces butter, spread in a pan and melt over a fire.
Pour the butter into the biscuits and stir until smooth.
Put the whole mass into a form and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Take the eggs and separate the yolk from the white.
Whisk 3/4 Cup sugar with proteins.
Mix the whites with sour cream.
Lemon will abdalim boiling water, remove the zest using a grater and squeeze the juice. In boiling water pour the zest, sugar and pour pre-soaked in cold water gelatin. Bring to a boil, strain and cool.
Pour jelly into sour cream mass.
Take out of the refrigerator biscuits and pour it into the cream. Entrained in the fridge for 3 hours.
After 3 hours, chop the peach slices and spread nicely on the cake. The cake is ready!
