Salad with funchoza, oyster mushrooms and squid
Very easy and tasty salad for all occasions.

Ingredients

  • Cellophane

  • Oyster mushrooms

  • Red onion

  • Vegetable oil

  • Vinegar

    2.5 ст. л.

  • Lemon juice

    1 ст. л.

  • Sugar

    1 ст. л.

    1 ч. л.

Boil the squid until tender.

Onion cut into thin half-rings, add sugar, 0.5 teaspoon salt, 0.5 tablespoon of vinegar and pour boiling water.

Funchoza pour boiling water for a few minutes (5-7)

Drain the water from funchoza, rinse with cold water and cut shorter. Mix with squid, mushrooms and onions, season with a little salt.

Mix 5 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Shake well. Pour the filling into the salad, mix well.
