Rice salad with seafood
Hearty and easy salad for a celebratory feast. It can be mayonnaise, but we prefer dressing based on olive oil.

Ingredients

Cooking

Cook rice in boiling podsolennom water according to the instructions on the package. Let boil hard boiled eggs. Cooling everything.

Black olives cut into rings.

Cucumber wash, dry, cut into small cubes

In a bowl put sliced olives, cucumber, cooled rice and grated on a coarse grater egg.

Greens wash, dry, chop. From the seafood to drain the fluid. Add the herbs and seafood in a bowl.

Stir and season with olive oil mixed with vinegar.
