Three-layer cheese cake
Does not require baking. It has a very delicate taste. Like adults and children.

  • Milk

For base cake: grind cookies in a blender, mix with milk and butter, put into a form and compacted. For the curds: pour the gelatin with water and leave for 20 minutes to swell the gelatin. Lightly stir to dissolve gelatin. Combine the cheese, icing sugar, gelatin and milk until smooth. The resulting mass is divided into 3 parts. In one part add the dark chocolate, the other milk. Beat every single part. Put layers in the form of cooling. Decorate as desired.
