Found the recipe for shortcrust pastry. The method of its preparation is different from my usual dough. I decided to try to bake a tart from it. Can you see what happened.

Cooking
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. In a heatproof dish put butter and vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon of sugar, salt, pour water. Put the bowl in the oven for 10-15 minutes for the oil to start to boil and a little darkened. Then removed the bowl from the oven and pour the flour. Mix well and leave for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, reduce oven temperature to 180 degrees.
Put the dough in the form, and gently spread on it. Prick with a fork and place in oven for 15-20 minutes.

Separately grind the eggs with sugar and starch. You can add vanillin. Pour in the milk, mix well and pour over cherries. Put the form in the oven for another 30-35 minutes.
