Cooking
To the couscous add the mixture of herbs (for example, "Italian herbs"), brewed with boiling water, cover and let stand. Cucumber cut into small cubes. Mix the cous cous with a cucumber and 1 tbsp of olive oil.
Crab sticks cut into small cubes, sour cream and grainy mustard.
Tomato cut into small cubes. Avocado peel, remove the seeds, flesh cut into small cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.
With the help of cooking rings put the salad layers in the center of the plate: 1 layer - couscous with cucumber 2 layer - 3 layer tomato - avocado 4 layer - crab sticks
For the sauce: mix sweet mustard, lemon juice and olive oil.
Salad garnish with greens and cherry tomatoes. Apply the sauce separately in a gravy boat.
