Salad of marinated cabbage and mussels
I didn't expect that I will like this salad so... the tenderloin I had from a magazine, changed the cooking time - turned out very tasty and beautiful salad! Recommend!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage, red,

    300 г

  • Soy sauce

  • Mussels

    200 г

  • Dill

  • Leeks

    50 г

  • Olive oil

    1 ст. л.

  • Allspice

    1/3 ч. л.

  • Black pepper

    1/4 ч. л.

  • Salt

    1 г

  • Pine nuts

    1 ст. л.

Cooking

Shred cabbage finely, pour soy sauce, mash and leave for 30 minutes for marinating;

Mussels fry in butter until Golden brown;

In a bowl put the cabbage, add chopped greens, leeks;

Add chilled mussels, salt if needed, sprinkle with pepper and oil to fill;
