Delicate cream cake with kiwi

Grind in a blender biscuits and coconut. Add the melted butter and mix well before the formation of moist crumbs.

Preheat the oven to 170°C. Lay the basis in separable form (23 cm), pressing tightly to the bottom and the walls. Bake for 10 min.

To combine the condensed milk, zest, mashed kiwi fruit and egg yolks and beat with a mixer for 2-3 min.

Reduce oven temperature to 150°C. Pour the filling into the slightly cooled base and return to the oven for another 30 min. Readiness is checked as in the cheesecake - when gently shaking the middle should wobble slightly.
