Asparagus and several inflorescences broccoli sauté in olive oil until tender
Cook the Bechamel sauce: 2 tbsp olive oil to fry 2 tbsp Flour until Golden brown. Add 1 Cup Milk gradually, stirring constantly. Add salt, black pepper, nutmeg and cheese
The pieces of bread ( I have bread branny) lay asparagus and broccoli
Sprinkle the white sauce and bell pepper, cut into small cubes and put bake in the grill or the oven for 5-10 minutes
When the Bechamel to brown, sprinkle with cheese and bake another few minutes
The sandwiches are ready. Bon appetit
