Cooking
For starters my liver and cut into pieces thick 1 cm
Next, stack the slices of liver in a deep bowl and pour fresh juice of grapes. leave to marinate for 30 minutes
After marinating the liver, repel each slice with 2 sides
Next separately mix salt and pepper and sprinkle each slice. next, dip each piece of liver in first the flour, then in beaten egg and spread on a pan with hot oil
Fry each side for 2-3 minutes and chops ready! Bon appetit!
