Prepare the stuffing, in my version fry the onions, add the beef, constantly stretching the lumps with a spatula, add the mushrooms and simmer until tender. If clumps remained, pull out the blender.
Bake pancakes in a small dry skillet on only one side on medium heat
Ready pancake spread on a cloth or towel and stuffed, while baking the other. In the middle put the filling, zasiyaet to the middle on one side and then another two to get a triangle. (Sticks easily)
