Appetizer of chickpeas

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

Boil the chickpeas and mince.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion chop. In vegetable oil fry onions and carrots until soft. Add vegetables to chickpeas stuffing. Stir.

Add Kikkoman soy sauce and vegetable oil. The amount of oil depending on the consistency. It should be such that it could roll balls.

Half the balls roll in the breadcrumbs. On the plate make the balls of the caterpillar, the balls stacked alternating: the crackers without them.
