Cooking
First make the dough. For this cold margarine RUB on a grater.
Top sift 2 cups of wheat flour mixed with soda.

Mix everything together until smooth.
Eggs, beat with a fork and combine with milk, pour into dry mixture. To start, add 4 tbsp of milk. If need be, then add 1 tbsp milk or 0.5 cups of flour (flour is different, so the result can be different).
The dough to gather into a ball, it should be slightly sticky. Put in a bag in the freezer for 30 minutes or in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Then divide the dough into 3 parts. Every part I've rolled on parchment, lightly oiled with vegetable oil.
Put a plate and cut unnecessary edges (which adds to the package and keep in the cold).

The rest of the test I unrolled on the table, sprinkle with flour, cut out butterflies. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
