Mussels under cheese hat
Tried in Greece in a cafe baked mussels, then long searched for the recipe online, took a little from each and it turned out simple to prepare, very tasty snack.

Prepare all the ingredients. For my taste the mascarpone is very thick, I would take cream cheese (e.g. milkana salmon), but home like.
