Cooking
In a pan heat vegetable oil, fry in it the onions, add the carrots. Then add the minced meat and soy sauce, Kikkoman. Ground pepper to taste. Simmer for about 15 minutes with the lid closed, stir constantly. If the meat is not fat, then pour the water so it doesn't stick to the pan.
I have here are savory crackers.
On one cracker, put the meat filling and cover with another cracker.
Egg stir with a fork, add salt a little bit. Cracker dip meat in egg and fry in vegetable oil until Golden color.
When all the crackers are ready, put them in a frying pan and proprium 2-3 minutes. Leave with the lid closed. It is served warm. Bon appetit!
