Stuffed With Cous Cous
A light lunch, appetizer or vegetable dish

Ingredients

  • Water

  • Flour

  • Mushrooms

  • Spinach

Fill the cous cous in a deep bowl, pour hot water. Leave until the cous cous absorbs all the water.

Spinach, boil 10 min, drain water.

Fry the onions in 2-3 tbsp. of Oli. oil.

To the onions add the mushrooms, fry. Mix the mushrooms with spinosum and nuts.

In the cous cous add the oil, flour, salt, pepper, stir. You should get a slightly sticky mass, so the water add the first 3 and a half cups, and then pour. Take a little mass, roll into a ball and use your fingers to mash the cake. Put the filling.

Bond. You should get nice balls. Villepin everything and leave in the fridge for 30 min.

Fry on high heat.

The fried balls are put on paper that the cloth has absorbed the excess oil. Bon appetit!
