Pea soup with mushrooms
A delicious and rich soup on Turkey broth. All fed and happy!

Ingredients

  • Peas

The main ingredient of the soup - split peas TM "Mistral".

Peas well washed and soaked for 12 hours in cold water. After soaking the peas again washed with running water and poured into the bowl multivarki. Poured the soup and put frozen. Cooked the peas in the broth for 60 minutes.

Peeled potatoes cut cubes and put in slow cooker for peas. Cooked 30 minutes. Pre-chopped onion, grated on a coarse grater carrots fry in sunflower oil in a frying pan.

Mushrooms, sliced and sauteed with onions and carrots, put in the slow cooker, added salt and cooked until tender 30 minutes. At the end of cooking the soup added herbs and Bay leaf.
