Milk soup with dried fruits
Recipe found in a cookbook of the 19th century. Instead of the usual rice added rice basmati Mix, it turned out that our Russian dairy soup, it looks great, adding flavor and a spicy touch.

Ingredients

    100 г

  • Milk

    300 г

  • Prunes

    30 г

  • Dried apricots

    30 г

  • Butter

    1/2 ст. л.

  • Salt

  • Sugar

Cooking

Cook the rice. In boiling water put rice and cook until soft, about 8-10 minutes.

While cooking the rice, chop the dried fruit

Add the dried fruit and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add milk.

Bring to a boil, remove from heat. Poured into plates, add the butter and sugar. I did not add sugar because the apricots were sweet enough.
