Go over the ingredients: cheese, mandatory, as a source of protein, Apple juice, some cereal, a banana, and in this case blueberries, you can take any other berry.
1. So as the base of our cocktail, we take Apple juice.
2. And then throws ingredients: cheese. 3. Bananas and cereal. 4. Throws our berries.
5. And all this is thoroughly mixed with a mixer.
In the end we get two servings that's such a chic cocktail party or as you used to call smoothies. Well, in my case this portion. I drink two such cups.
