Today we will prepare another protein-carbohydrate cocktail, in the countryside called smoothies. We will prepare sports smoothie.

Go over the ingredients: cheese, mandatory, as a source of protein, Apple juice, some cereal, a banana, and in this case blueberries, you can take any other berry.
