Cooking
Start with, melt the butter (115g).
In a bowl, combine flour (175 g), sugar (200 g), cocoa (60 g) and cream (15%, 130 g). For this dessert I want to take the best, so I split the sugar: 160 brown Demerara and 40. Instead of sour cream you can take any milk product with similar fat content. Even soda (1 tsp.)
Add the butter and cut slices of bananas (200 g). Add two eggs
Mix all until smooth. The dough will be quite thick with no visible pieces of banana.
Prepare the form. Desirable grain type (long, rectangular, I 10х30 cm), because this dough likes quickly grilled. But, basically, you will be able in the round to bake. As usual, the French rubalcava will help to remove it quickly.
Bake at 160 degrees (top-bottom).
The finished cake is slightly cool on wire rack (to 90 degrees) and wrap the film on the day, together with the form. Store in the refrigerator.
