Chicken roulade with cashews and greens
The aroma inside the roll contrasts with the sweet-spicy taste of the chicken outside.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    2 шт

  • Cashews

    150 г

  • Chili

    1 шт

  • Lemon grass

  • Green onions

  • Garlic

    1 пуч.

  • Oyster sauce

    1 ст. л.

  • Soy sauce

    1 ст. л.

  • Sweet white wine

    150 г

  • Adjika

    1 ст. л.

Prepare the ingredients. Fillet divide into two halves.

Fillet beats for minimum thickness through a plastic bag. Do not add salt.

Cashew davim ( but not very finely). Cut greens, pepper and pre-soaked in boiling water lemongrass.

Cashew, pepper, herbs and lemon grass fry a few minutes in the pan. Add the soy and oyster sauce. Simmer for another few minutes.

Put the resulting stuffing on fillet. Collapsible roll, skalyvaniem with skewers.

Rolls fry in a pan turning them over.

Add to the pan with the wine (eg Muscat), adjika, spices. Simmer 10-12 minutes. Add salt to taste.
