This is a very simple recipe that just came to my mind. I took what was my home made chicken under a light "coat" of the so-called garlic butter. The dish is no frills, but tasty, in haste, without fuss.

Cooking
My chicken, RUB with salt and spread on a oiled baking sheet.
Butter cut into small pieces, add the garlic and fennel, leaving just three to five minutes until soften butter and knead right hand of garlic-butter flavored slurry.

Optionally, sprinkle with spices - I always have at hand a special seasoning for chicken. Put the chicken in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. After 30 minutes the chicken will need to check on availability and if she's not ready, leave for another 10 minutes.
