I have no words to Express how delicious the cake turned out! And Oh how simple... Minimum cost, maximum taste and minimal ingredients!!!

Ready Apple mix with vegetable oil "Oleina".
Add sugar and coconut.
Add the sifted flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder.
Add the nuts and dried fruits.
Stir until smooth, put the dough in a greased form and bake at 180 deg. minutes 45-50. Readiness check wooden skewer.
The finished cake to cool, turn over on a dish and optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
